Assembly Resources, Inc. was formed in 1998, as a manufacturers representative firm servicing the Wisconsin and Illinois region by Gary Schmidt and Frank Hinca. Gary Schmidt has provided expertise to the industry since 1984 and Frank Hinca since 1989.
